The third album of Appalachian Karma is coming to an end.​

I proudly present 10 tracks of an opus both dense and strange, all composed, produced and mixed by my fingers with great care.

My first L.P. started with a deep work song I found in the Alan Lomax recordings. Old niggers beating religiously the tracks. It was a signal, the first call of a hard work, a craftsmanship, a labor of love guided by American voices : negros, hobos, mountain men, cowboys, etc.

My second L.P. started with a sailor song. Anne Bonny is still the first track of my setlist. She’s a Muse who encourages me to weigh anchor and to go further than the sea to wave.

​

My third album is a synthesis. The title is « Transcendentalism », in reference to the American current of thought. I feel german idealism, spiritualism and naturalism, three glows of one lighthouse. I was there, showing desires and fears onto a century setting with hopes and spirits. Walt Whitman, Ralph Waldo Emerson, Hendi David Thoreau, John Muir, Emily Dickinson, etc. are my moody night lights forever. Sometimes some dark Specters, sometimes some sweet Muses.

The 10 tracks you’ll find are lullabies. They are sandmen who hide shimerring reflections and dip your body into shifting sands.
